Among my clients are those who are dealing with special conditions including cancer prevention or recovery, heart disease, and weight loss or maintenance. For any client working with a physician, dietician, or a nutritionist, I would be happy to speak with them in order to provide the best menu plan possible.
Ingredients are carefully selected and organic ingredients are used (if requested) when available. Seafood and meats are selected from a safe and reliable source. Salt is used sparingly, but herbs and spices are used liberally for their taste and health factors. I use only extra virgin olive oil and expeller-pressed canola oil.
With so many diets out there, it would be confusing to list menus for each of them.
However, since I tailor each menu to each client, please be assured that if you have special dietary needs, I will make every effort to create an effective menu for you. If you wish, I will consult with your nutritionist, dietitican or physician.
Diets include South Beach, low-fat, limited calorie, food allergic, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
