A great way to eat well is to hire a personal chef.  It can be one of your most essential services to help you and your family eat well and eat healthy.  As your personal chef, I will provide handmade meals for you that can fill your personal needs whether it is to increase your level of energy; recover from surgery or an illness; launch a weight loss program, or just have an overall sense of well-being.

My basic plans are flexible and I’ll work to suit your needs or desires.  So don’t hesitate to ask me to design a plan that will work for you.
In general, here’s how it works:
We’ll have a conversation so that you can tell me what you want and need.  I’ll probably ask some questions to better understand your needs; and then I may make some suggestions.  I’ll also provide you with a basic menu that will include meats, seafood, vegetarian dishes, and sides.  Once you decide on your menu, we only need to decide the date and time of delivery. Oh, and feel free to ask me to design a menu for you, subject to your approval, of course.
I generally shop at Whole Foods for clients who want organic.  However, if you prefer conventional,  I will shop at stores that I have found provide the most reliable food sources.
I don't use prepared foods with the exception of those that are not always available as fresh.  Items such as canned tomatoes, basic stocks, occasional fruits or juices are always in my pantry.
Above all, my goal is to create delicious meals that will keep you healthy and make your meals delicious and free of stress.
